I arrived at 18, started at the bottom of a family-run resort, and worked every role up to partner. Today my contribution is system design, problem decomposition, customer empathy, taste, and shipping speed — Claude (and friends) handle the typing. I'm not bottlenecked on engineering; I'm bottlenecked on thinking, and AI removes the gap between an idea and a working product.
